Glossary
- Networks – MTC, Leo and Switch
- Aggregator – A company appointed by the network operators that provides services to make it possible for customers to SMS to a short code.
- Short Code – A number 3 to 5 digits that is charged at a premium rate of between N$1 and N$50 that a customer can SMS to.
- Keyword – A specific word the customer texts to identify what is requested e.g. the customer SMS`ed "win", we know he/she is entering a promotion, or he/she SMS`ed "bible" we know he/she is requesting a bible verse.
